Overview
What is DailyGoal?
DailyGoal is a fitness system for nutrition, workouts, and insights. It keeps targets, food logging, workouts, body metrics, daily goals, Apple Health, and trend feedback together so the plan is easier to read.
Who is DailyGoal for?
DailyGoal is for people who want clear targets, fast logging, and useful feedback across nutrition, workouts, body metrics, and daily goals. It fits best if you want structure without hype or scattered tools.
Why use DailyGoal instead of separate apps?
Separate apps split nutrition, workouts, body metrics, and feedback across different places. DailyGoal keeps the pieces close: set targets, log food and training, bring in Apple Health data, and use trends to decide what to adjust.
When is DailyGoal not the right fit?
DailyGoal is not the right fit if you want coaching, a social fitness community, prescribed meal plans, quick fixes, or deep micronutrient analysis. It is built for people who want to run their own fitness system with clear targets, fast logging, and useful feedback.
Where can I use DailyGoal?
DailyGoal is available on iOS and on the web. Android is planned, but it is not available yet.
Tracking & Integrations
What can I track in DailyGoal?
You can track nutrition, workouts, weight, body fat, steps, hydration, streaks, and custom daily goals. Search, barcode scan, saved meals, favorites, recents, workout logs, Apple Health sync, and progress charts keep daily updates quick.
Can I set goals beyond nutrition and workouts?
Yes. DailyGoal supports yes-or-no goals and numeric goals, so you can track habits, hydration, steps, or other daily targets alongside nutrition and workouts. Numeric goals can update automatically when they are tied to built-in metrics.
Where does the food data come from?
DailyGoal uses USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts, and a curated set of common foods. You can also create custom foods when you want exact label data or something that is not already in the database.
Can I create custom foods and recipes?
Yes. You can create custom foods from label data, save favorites, and build saved meals by combining multiple foods. When you log them later, you can adjust servings instead of rebuilding the meal from scratch.
Does DailyGoal work with Apple Health?
Yes. On iOS, DailyGoal can use Apple Health data to prefill body stats during setup. After setup, the ongoing sync imports steps and writes weight, body fat, and completed workouts back to Apple Health.
Plans & Billing
What's included in Free vs Pro?
Free gives you the daily basics: nutrition tracking, barcode scan, daily goals, Apple Health sync, weight and body-fat tracking, and starter custom foods and meals. Pro adds workout tracking, longer chart windows, deeper progress views, unlimited custom foods, unlimited saved meals, custom goals, body-fat projection tools, and more AI-assisted capture.
Where can I see current plans and prices?
See the pricing page for current plans, trials, and prices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on iOS, manage your subscription in Apple Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, use the customer portal linked in your purchase email.
