How to add a custom goal
Open Goals and Targets
From Profile, or tap Manage Goals on the home screen.
Pick a type
Boolean (yes/no) or numeric (with a daily target).
Name it and save
Type what you're tracking. The goal shows on your home screen from today.
Tap daily
Check the box or log the number. Streaks and progress update right away.
Point DailyGoal at the right target.
Adjust goals to match the current plan, then keep them visible every day.
