- Macro Bars (small): calories and protein progress
- Nutrition Summary (medium): full macros with remaining-today
- Goals Progress (small): daily goals ticked off
- Body and Activity (medium): weight, steps, hydration

Add one and your day is visible when you pick up the phone. You do not need to unlock the device.
- Calories (circular): ring fills as you log
- Goals (circular): today's completion ring
- Streak (circular): current streak number
- Daily Summary (inline): one line above the clock
- Macros (rectangular): protein, carbs, fat bars

Widgets refresh when you save food, workouts, or weight. Tap any widget to open the right part of the app.
How to add DailyGoal widgets
Add Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets in a few taps.
Long-press the home screen
Hold any empty area until icons start jiggling.
Tap the + top-left
The widget gallery opens.
Search DailyGoal
Every DailyGoal widget appears. Swipe to preview sizes before adding.
For the lock screen
Long-press your lock screen, tap Customise, pick a slot, choose DailyGoal.
Tap Add Widget, then Done
Drag it anywhere. It fills with your data after the next app refresh.
